Yoga Therapy knows that your body, mind, and spirit are intertwined and that we must support each layer together for optimum well-being. Here we use a trifecta of yoga movement and philosophy, and Ayurveda to facilitate healing.
A yoga therapeutic approach to life can be infused into everything you do - your physical movement, how you express yourself, in decision making, your work in the world, your mothering, your relationships.
Yoga Therapy sessions look like a mix of conversation, movement practice (yoga postures and expressive movement), breathing techniques, meditation and mindfulness practice, and more. Connect with feminine within. Soak in this slow, gentle practice that mainly takes place on the back. This is a beautiful way to connect with your womb space, your heart, and the innermost part of you; and is also suitable if you are undergoing fertility treatment. Enjoy the connection with the sacrum, also known as the "sacred bone." Also suitable for postpartum (at the time of this recording I was 9 months postpartum with our second).
