Who's it for? All mothers 6 weeks - 6 years+ postpartum are welcome to join! Care providers, like doulas, midwives, bodyworkers and so on are also welcome!

Learn yoga practices to:

  • Support pelvic floor healing from birth, experiences with pelvic floor prolapse, incontinence and more

  • Rehabilitate the core, such as healing a diastasis and regaining core strength

  • Support breastfeeding posture, positioning, and even milk supply

  • Alleviate joint pain and soreness postpartum

  • Get better rest and sleep (when you can sleep)

  • Reduce the symptoms of postpartum anxiety, stress, and overwhelm

  • Better connect with your baby (babies)

Workshop will include a physical yoga class, meditation, playing with different postures and breathing techniques, simple instruction for incorporating into your daily life, and time for Q+A! Bring a yoga mat.
