Afterglow Postpartum Sessions

According to ancient wisdoms, the first 40 days postpartum affect your health for the next 40 years of your life. Your biological design is to experience the true afterglow from birth and postpartum.

These one on one sessions - in person and online - take place during pregnancy or at any point during your postpartum journey (we’re talking during the first 6 hours postpartum or even up to 6 years!).

I can help you:

  • Plan for a healing postpartum experience alongside your family

  • Create birth plans, intentions, and cultivate practices during pregnancy that support a physiological birth and postpartum experience

  • Create treatment plans for healing conditions within and around the pelvic bowl - prolapse, incontinence, scar tissue, adhesions, hemorrhoids, aiding in overall recovery - after vaginal or cesarean births

  • Plan for newborn care, warmth, sleep + rest, breastfeeding, and more

  • Understand your nutrition needs for postpartum, which affect physical AND mental well-being

  • Create movement/yoga plans after the 40 day period that support the unique postpartum body and its dance of postpartum hormones, such as relaxin

  • Create treatment plans to heal diastasis recti - abdominal separation - and foster abdominal healing

  • Establish the breastfeeding relationship, and foster experiences to support easeful breastfeeding

  • Birth story processing for mother AND baby; supporting mother and baby’s emotional expression

  • Guide you to the right birth and postpartum professionals for your unique needs.

Afterglow: The Perinatal Yoga Training


It’s time that postpartum and early motherhood become synonymous with healing, inner wisdom, embarking on a new life, embracing a new identity and integration.

Afterglow Perinatal Yoga is a training program for those who want to specialize in perinatal care as yoga teachers, yoga therapists, mental health therapists, and other body based therapies.

Designed with the support of midwives, physicians, fellow doulas, yoga therapists and teachers, and Ayurvedic counselors

 

Take 30 minutes and practice with me.

Connect with feminine within. Soak in this slow, gentle practice that mainly takes place on the back. This is a beautiful way to connect with your womb space, your heart, and the innermost part of you.
