According to ancient wisdoms, the first 40 days postpartum affect your health for the next 40 years of your life. Your biological design is to experience the true afterglow from birth and postpartum.
These one on one sessions - in person and online - take place during pregnancy or at any point during your postpartum journey (we’re talking during the first 6 hours postpartum or even up to 6 years!).
